Day 2

Today wasn't a great day for food, but I did better than I have the past few months...if that counts for anything.

Today's schedule: Aunt Ruby's funeral, Adam's tennis meet, park with Vivian, then home.

Food: Corn Flakes with 1% milk
Buffalo Chicken wrap
1 c. of pasta dish (less than one serving), side salad, 2 taquitos (baked)

Exercise: WW Cardio Dance (30 min)

Today's thought: I'm not just INTERESTED in losing the weight, I'm making a committment to doing it. TOMORROW WILL BE A BETTER DAY!

Day 1

Today is Day 1 of the Biggest Loser Challenge and of my personal 100 days.

I'm following the 100 Days of Weight Loss, by Linda Spangle. I'm also incorporating portions of the BIggest Loser. I intend to track my daily schedule, as well as food and water intake and exercise. Each day will also have a daily motivator...something to help me stay focused and build healthy habits for life.

Today: Breakfast with my daughter, teaching, then BearTown until 11:30pm.

Food:
Omelette with peppers, onions and hot sauce.
Salad with French dressing, cup of Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup.
Buffalo Chicken salad with fork-dipped Ranch dressing. Didn't even use one ounce of dressing.
Drink:
Lots of H2O---some flavored such as 0 cal. SOBE life water
2 Diet Cokes

Fears or negative behaviors that have hindered my weight loss efforts in the past...

1. failure
2. stress-induced eating
3. excuses
4. too much fast food
5. not enough water

Goals:

1. Lose 15% of my body fat
2. Drink enough water
3. 75% less fast food
4. Incorporate exercise into my life. Make it a habit.
