Day 2

Today wasn't a great day for food, but I did better than I have the past few months...if that counts for anything.

Today's schedule: Aunt Ruby's funeral, Adam's tennis meet, park with Vivian, then home.

Food: Corn Flakes with 1% milk
Buffalo Chicken wrap
1 c. of pasta dish (less than one serving), side salad, 2 taquitos (baked)

Exercise: WW Cardio Dance (30 min)

Today's thought: I'm not just INTERESTED in losing the weight, I'm making a committment to doing it. TOMORROW WILL BE A BETTER DAY!
